Therapy sessions with me are not the typical psychotherapy sessions that involve just talking and listening, or analysing the mind or correcting one's thought patterns. Theres nothing we can do with the thoughts! Neither can we change them or correct them in anyway. What works is making changes and manoeuvring the body and breath in a way that has an impact on the mind and hence the thoughts.
Our past experiences and memories are not stored as just thoughts in the mind that keep haunting us. They have a physical manifestation in our body. Therapy will be fruitful only when it addresses the physical, the mental and the energy body simultaneously.
