Psychological Counselling
Overthinking, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, lack of focus, difficulty paying attention, strained relationships, and emotional outbursts… sadly, these have become as common today as catching a cold.

My therapy sessions are not the usual psychotherapy sessions focused only on talking, listening, analyzing the mind, or correcting thought patterns. Tackling thoughts directly is like trying to grab a bull by its horns—it rarely works. What truly creates change is working through the body and breath, which in turn transforms the mind and the thoughts it generates.

Our past experiences and memories don’t just live in the mind as recurring thoughts; they are imprinted in the body as well. Real healing happens only when therapy addresses all dimensions—the physical body, the mind, and the energy system—together.
