1.
Mind
If your thoughts and emotions are working against you instead of working for you, you need help!
2.
Body
What you do with your body (physical Activity) and what you feed it with (Nutrition) determines whether it supports you or becomes a hindrance in whatever you do in life.
3.
Energy
Our Energy body is the powerhouse that fuels our mind and body. Its extremely important to strengthen the energy body to make our body & mind function at its best!
My Approach
In Yoga and Ayurveda, the human body is understood as having five layers of existence, known as the Koshas. Out of these five, there are three layers we can directly influence in our day-to-day life:
-
Annamaya Kosha – the physical body or the layer of food and matter
-
Manomaya Kosha – the mental and emotional body
-
Pranamaya Kosha – the energy body, connected to breath and life force
For any lasting transformation, it’s important to work on all three of these layers together. Focusing on only the body, or only the mind, creates temporary shifts—but true balance comes when we nurture the physical, mental, and energetic layers in harmony.
When you work with me, we don’t just look at the surface of what’s troubling you. Whether you come with a physical concern or a mental one, I help you work across the three koshas you can directly influence—body, mind, and energy.

About me
I am a Psychologist, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher, dedicated to bringing together the wisdom of modern science and ancient practices for holistic well-being.
My journey with Yoga began over 15 years ago, focused mainly on asana practice. In 2019, I was introduced to Isha Yoga, and since then, I’ve incorporated various yogic kriyas and practices (designed by Sadhguru) into both my personal life and my professional work as a therapist and trainer. These practices have deepened my approach, allowing me to support others in more integrated and transformative ways.
Although I’m naturally an introvert who enjoys one-on-one interactions, I’ve discovered a surprising love for working with groups—which happens mainly in the corporate and education sectors—where shared learning and growth create powerful shifts.
For me, it all comes down to Mind… Body… Soul…Food.
Over the years, I’ve realized that none of these elements function in isolation. Whether the goal is mental well-being or physical health, the approach must be symbiotic—nurturing all dimensions together to create lasting balance and vitality.
