Our Energy body is the powerhouse that fuels our mind and body. Its extremely important to strengthen the energy body to make our body & mind function at its best!
My Approach
According to Yoga and Ayurveda, the human Body comprises of five layers or Koshas. Out of these 5 layers the first 3 layers are the only ones we can have a direct impact on. These 3 are Annamaya kosha (the physical body/layer), Manomaya Kosha (the mental body/layer) and Pranamaya Kosha (the energy body/layer). For any long lasting change to happen these three layers need to be worked on simultaneously. Whether you come to me with a mental issue or physical we will together work on all 3 layers which will take care of whatever and wherever the imbalance is.

About me
I am a Psychologist, a Health Coach, and a Yoga Teacher.
I've been practicing and teaching Iyengar Yoga for over 15 years. In 2019 I got introduced to Isha Yoga. Since then I have incorporated various practices and techniques (designed by Sadhguru) in my life.
As someone who thrives on physical activity I also enjoy and teach calisthenics and strength training.
Experimenting with healthy recipes and baking with healthier alternatives is something I love and encourage my clients to incorporate in their lives as well.
Over the years I have realised none of these work in isolation. Whether its mental health or physical health that one wants to enhance, the approach has to be symbiotic.
